Key Components of the Spider Jump System:
- Platform /trailer system (smallest platform in the industry, 48” square) that can be attach and detach at will assist in the ease of setup and improving the mobility of the system as a whole.
- Portable and Scalable. With the axle rated at 5000 lbs. as the underpinning foundation, the Spider Jump can be wheeled around removable pole holders design to position the connected poles during transportation and removable tongues when on location. We use LED trailer lights.
- The special cast aluminum poles are “space-age light” yet deliver an unprecedented performance in regard to strength and stability. The machined aluminum block swiveling system at the bottom of the pole makes setting up the Spider Jump a cinch.
- The console platform system is constructed with all steel structure with reinforced steel crossbars on the bottom to ensure stability and durability while the heavy-duty support poles (with adjustable Jacking system rated at 7000 lbs. on all four corners of the platform) and the adjusting arms assures scalability of the system. (The only scalable system and platform in the marketplace, The Spider Jump can go indoor with ceiling height as low as 18’)
- All of our Spider Jump is equipped with MES - Multiple Elastics System. Every Jumper will be connected to two MES, one from the right, and the other from the left. A safety redundancy factor has been well built into this system. A comfortable custom-made harness system (3 points locking system) will also be provided to the Spider Jumper as another safety measure. The harness is rated at 250 lbs. per jumper.
- Removable (switchable for replacement motor) 1 1/8 HP winches with 110v, 800 watts rated at 1300 lbs. single line capacity are placed on the platform to assist in the jumping motion and the jumpers’ effort by tightening or loosening the MES system.
- Carabiner system that assist the Jumper are made by famous French climbing and rescue gear company PETZL. Each carabiner, pulley and swivel system is “individually tested” . William Ball Lock carabiner M26 is rated for 25 KN (breaking load). FIXE pulley system P05 assault line (military specs.) is rated for 22 KN (breaking load) and the swivel system is rated for 36 KN (minimum breaking strength)
- Our static ropes system is made by Canyon Pro Ropes. 8.5 MM rated at 4000 LBS breaking strength and 11.5 MM assault line (military specs.) rated at 5000 LBS breaking strength with a design of double twist cabled sheath strands as well as double twist cabled cored strands.
- Bolts and nuts used to secure and fastened the system are of highest quality: We use only Grade 8 material
